Busy 5 stars Hotel is looking for a professional and experienced individual to join their Front of House Team. The successful candidate will be an outgoing, positive person with relevant experience in the same position.

Salary R 8000 NEG + Overtime for Sundays and Public Holidays

Job Scope and Requirements:
• Minimum of 2-3 years previous hotel experience.
• Responsible for welcoming guests to the hotel.
• Registration of guest, ensuring that the necessary details are obtained.
• Good knowledge of Cape Town and surrounds.
• Rooming of all guests according to company procedures.
• Excellent communication skills with guests and colleagues alike.
• Neat and well-groomed professional.
• Knowledge of Property Management System.
• Computer knowledge i.e. Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.
