Hotel Receptionist – Cape Town CBD

Busy 3-star hotel is looking for a professional and experienced individual to join their Front of House Team. The successful candidate will be an outgoing, positive person with relevant qualifications and previous experience in the same position.

Salary R 6600 pm + overtime and night transport

Job Scope and Requirements:

Minimum of 2-3 years previous hotel experience.
Responsible for welcoming guests to the hotel.
Registration of guest, ensuring that the necessary details are obtained.
Good knowledge of Cape Town and surrounds.
Rooming of all guests according to company procedures.
Excellent communication skills with guests and colleagues alike.
Neat and well-groomed professional.
Knowledge of Property Management System.
Computer knowledge i.e. Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.
