Senior Creditors & Finance Officer.

4* Resort Hotel - White River - Mpumalanga.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE OR QUALIFICATION:
• Must have at least 5 years experience in ideally a Hospitality Industry.
• Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook and Word
• Highly computer literate with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience at operator level of an Accounting Package – exposure to Pastel and ACCPAC
• Solid English verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work flexible hours including some weekends and public holidays.

Someone aged 30 – 35years old or someone who is mature as this position is highly pressurised

Creditors 

The maintenance and checking of all documentation applicable to credit purchases - Orders, Delivery Notes, Invoices, Credit Notes, Statements.

The monthly reconciliation of all Creditors accounts

The processing of Invoices and Credit Notes into the General Ledger through ACCPAC and ensuring the allocations are done correctly

Payroll & HR 

Attend to all pay related queries from staff.
Complete all UIF, Provident Fund and Medical Aid applications and liaise with the relevant institutions.
Maintenance of all staff files with regard to relevant documents as stated above.

Complete a full check of all payroll data when received back from H/O to ensure that it has been correctly captured.

Salary is CTC15k and is live out.
Company provided fund 50% and medical aid 50%
