Requirements

Grade 12
Housekeeping experience
Five star hotel experience essential
At least five years experience in a similar position and two years of that as a housekeeping supervisor
Must have laundry and public area experience
To oversea and direct all aspects of the housekeeping operations
Supervise all staff within the department
Prepare staff working schedules
Prepare purchase requisitions
Basic computer skills
Willing to work longer hours when required
Salary: R 6500 neg
