1. Minimum of 2 years experience in a housekeeping supervisor position in a similar standard hotel/lodge.
2. Polite, friendly and organized person with a strong personality that can think on their feet.
3. Individual must have an eye for detail.
4. Well spoken and well presented individual.
5. Strong leader who has been in charge of employees before.
6. Must have grade 12 and be computer literate.
7. Formal hospitality degree/diploma preferable.
