One of the top Housing Company that operates in all four corners of South Africa is currently recruiting for a Housing Supervisor. Purpose of the Job will be to oversee the management of the building, including management of staff, service providers and maintenance of buildings

Education, Training and Experience
•A valid Grade 12 Certificate
•A minimum of two (2) to three (3) years’ experience in building management
•Computer literacy
•A valid driver’s licence will be an advantage

Attributes/Skills
•Good and strong people skills
•Be passionate about managing an estate (building)
•Good communications skills

Key performance areas

• Manage vacancies
• Assist in rental collection
• Inspect buildings
• Review security or maintenance incidents
• Monitor cleanliness of buildings
• Enforce house rules
• Manage service providers
• Address maintenance requirements
• Tenant liaison.
