A financial services company is offering an exciting position with foreseeable growth potential.
Main duties will include all administration for group's support functions, i.e. human resources, accounting and administration.

Minimum requirements:
B/Comm
1/2 years post study workplace experience

Accounting
* Prepare monthly payroll
* Assist with monthly returns including VAT, PAYE, Workmen's compensation etc
* Assist with banking
* Capturing of creditors payments

Human Resources
* Assist in formalising group HR capacity and function, such as training and social events
* Updating group employee database
* Assist with Workplace Skills Plans, EE Returns and Annual Training reports

Administration
* Office management, including answering telephone
* Setting up meeting
* Compilation of annual group BEE score
* Typing
* Assisting with presentation
* Update group company website
