VACANCY: HR ADMIN CLERK

DUTIES
a). Personal file management
b). Clocking & timekeeping system control
c). Staff reports
d). Recruitment and selection
e). Manage SETA and BEE training scheduling and reporting.
f). IR & Disciplinarys
g). General HR administration
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Grade 12
2. HR Degree / Diploma
3. 3 – 5 years experience as an HR Admin Clerk
4. Be fully computer literate with advanced skills MS Office
5. Good working knowledge of legislation related to PAYE, UIF, SDL Levy and Workmans Compensation etc.
PACKAGE:
R8,000 to R11,000 (total cost to company – negotiable depending on experience and qualifications)
