Key performance areas include (but are not limited to):

• Responsible for controlling and capturing of monthly payroll
• Responsible for various monthly HR Reporting
• Administer and co-ordinate Budget / forecast process
• Administer and co-ordinate statutory and operational training
• General HR administration (Appointments, terminations, etc.)
• Handling of HR queries (company rules & policies, funds and benefits, etc.)
• Maintain Org structures
• Handling of IR matters on ad-hoc basis
• Assist with recruitment and selection process
• Stand-in duties for HR Manager when needed

The successful candidate must have the following experience / skills:

• Minimum of Grade 12
• A relevant formal qualification will be an advantage
• Minimum of 3 years extensive administrative experience, preferably in a Human Resources environment.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills on all levels with sound employee relations
• Sound problem solving abilities
• Be able to act professionally and in confidence at all times
• Proven computer literacy in Word, Excel and Outlook (SAP HR experience would be advantageous)
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Ability to work well in a team
