We seeking a solid HR Admin Officer with great customer service skills but is also very attention to detail and a methodical person for an assignment for 3 months assignment.
Provide full admin support to Senior HR Manager
Admin support for recruitment activities when required.
Assist with minute taking for minutes of meetings in the department, minutes of hearings and various forums
Office admin and neatness of the HR department and liasing with cleaners
Capturing of invoices and tracking invoice payments with Finance/Procurement
Assist with coordination and distribution of items where required including, but not limited to uniforms, stationary and so on to staff when required
Assist with events management specific to HR.
Requirements:
Matric is necessary completed
A relevant Diploma or Degree in HR is an advantageous.
Relevant solid admin experience of 4 years is a must
Drivers Licence Code B
Experience in HR related admin or other work advantageous
Advantageous to have SAP /Oracle or similar experience in terms of capturing of invoices in terms of a procurement system
Very strong admin person and should be structured.
Must be a punctual person and takes pride in the work.
Strong interpersonal skills and strong internal customer service orientation
