Our client requires the services of a suitably qualified, well-motivated and results driven candidate to take up the role of an HR Administration and Remuneration Manager.
Responsibilities

To provide a Professional Human Resources Administration function, managing employee administration and ensuring that employee information is accurate and according to Legal and Company policy especially with regards to Employee Benefits, Remuneration, Personnel Information, Master Data and Recruitment.

Education and experience required
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology or BCOM in Human Resource Management
A minimum of 6 years’ experience in a Human Resources role. Knowledge of the Industry and Systems/ HRIS expert knowledge would be an advantage

Extensive knowledge of systems / HRIS expert knowledge
Knowledge and experience in using SAP advantageous
