APPOINTMENT REQUIRENTS
• Completed HR Diploma / Degree
• Min 2 – 3 years generalist HR experience
• Hospitality industry knowledge essential
• Drivers License & own reliable transport

KPA’S
• Maintaining employee files & records
• Administering payroll and leave applications
• Administering engagement of new employees & terminations of employment
• Capturing WCA claims
• Assisting new staff members with employee contracts & induction programs
• Assist management with staff performance reviews during probation periods
• Co-ordinate training & development activities for staff
• Co-ordinating & attending EE meetings
