Human Resources Administrator – Contract (manufacturing)

Educational Requirements:
Matric
Degree / Diploma in HR Management

Experience Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience within a similar role
Computer literate – All Microsoft office packages
Knowledge / exposure to manufacturing sector
Knowledge of HR related legislation i.e., BCEA, LRA, EEA, POPI Act
Knowledge of Health & safety regulations is beneficial
Knowledge of CCMA
Must be well spoken and able to communicate effectively to all
Own transport

Responsibilities:
Employee intake documentation management & accurate system capturing
Employee termination documents / pack
Assisting in the recruitment process
Preparation of new employee contracts
Induction sessions with all new employees
Collation of all new employees’ intake documents
Capturing new employees onto system, including uploading relevant documents, ie, ID, contracts,
Creating new employee files
Sending out termination packs to existing employees
Issuing mandatory termination documents/forms
Closing off employee files
Typing ad-hoc documents, offer letter, letter of appointment, job profiles, letters, disciplinary enquiry notes, study assistance agreements ect.
Arranging of disciplinary enquiries, i.e. meeting arrangement, venues etc.
Attending to disciplinary issues and advising accordingly
Filing and employee file maintenance
Accurate record keeping
Ability to work without supervision and to use initiative and sound judgement
Ability to work under pressure
As this is in production excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with individual at all levels is needed
Monthly Reporting

Additional information:
Salary is R12 000 – R14 000 gross CTC
CONTRACT Position
Mon – Fri 8am – 5pm + Saturday mornings
As this in the production sector you will be required to work on 2 Saturday mornings per month
