Core Purpose:-
To maximize the Department’s efficiency by providing comprehensive, effective, efficient and professional HR Administrative assistance to management in respect of all the weekly paid associates and monthly paid associates of the North & Head Office Regions.

Qualification required:-
? Matric (Grade 12)
? Advanced computer skills i.e. MS-Office, specifically in MS-Excel.
? HR Administration Systems qualifications.
? Preference will be given to candidates with CRS, SAP and HR Connect system knowledge and experience.
? Preference will be given to BBBEE candidates.

? A minimum of 10 years relevant experience in HR Administration is essential.
? Good communication/interpersonal skills and strong administrative/organisational skills.
? Ability to work independently and within the team.
? Ability to work under pressure of weekly and monthly deadlines.
? Code 08 Drivers License with own reliable transport.

1. Performing HR Administrative functions i.r.o. vacancies, new appointments, medical aid, provident fund, home loans, garnishees, overtime, commissions, allowances, bonuses, leave, I.O.D.’s, disability claims, death claims, capturing disciplinary records, promotions, demotions, terminations, masterfile changes, queries and general administration for temporary and permanent associates.
2. Performing HR Administration functions i.r.o. medical aid reconciliations and MIBCO reconciliations and ad-hoc calculations and reconciliations as requested by management and/or the branches.
3. Keeping Personnel Record Folders and filing up to date.
4. Provide assistance with Performance Management System
5. Provide assistance with Ad-hoc tasks as assigned to from time to time.
6. Manage self to ensure personal effectiveness and a structured and organized working ethic.
