A leading national asset management company seeks to appoint a HR Administrator with a relevant qualification and minimum of 2 years Generalist HR experience. The successful incumbent will manage the full HR and payroll function (VIP) of the organization and its subsidiaries and provide a range of services to the organisation including, employee relations, performance management and strategic HR input.

Skills Required:

· Relevant HR Tertiary qualification required.

· Minimum 2 years HR Generalist experience.

· Must have strong MS Office skills.

· Must be proficient on VIP Payroll and payroll administration (have at least 2 years’ experience)

· Strong emphasis is placed on accuracy.

· Strong co-ordination and planning skills.
