HR Administrator Team Leader– Call Centre

The Role:
The purpose of this role is to provide overall HR administrative support to the business unit and to manage a team of HR Administrators
Main Duties:
HR Administration
Secretarial
Reporting
People Management

Qualifying Criteria:
Matric / Grade 12
2 years Team Leader experience in a similar role within an HR Department within Call Centre
Knowledge of HR Systems
Must be currently employed in a similar role
Advanced MS Suite
Strong personality
First language must be English

Salary on Offer:
Market Related - Dependent on experience, plus a substantial annual performance bonus
