We are searching for a HR Administrator to join our organisation. The ideal candidate must meet the set criteria below (no chancers please):
Requirements
• + 3 years HR experience including payroll and recruitment experience
• BS Degree/ Diploma in Human Resources management
• Drivers licence
• Available Immediately

Responsibilities
• Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries
• Administer HR-related documentation
• Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
• Assist in the recruitment process
• Orient new employees by providing orientation information packets; reviewing company policies; gathering withholding and other payroll information; explaining and obtaining signatures for benefit program set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence
• Timesheet administration
• Documents human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
