Human Recourses Administrator - East Rand (Premier HR & VIP is a must)

Educational Requirements:
Matric
Degree / Diploma in HR Management

Experience Requirements:
1 to 2 years’ experience within an HR Administrative role
Computer literacy – All Microsoft packages – Advanced level will be preferred
Knowledge of HR related legislation, ie, BCEA, LRA, EEA, POPI Act
Must have working experience on Premier HR & VIP (Employment Management and Job Management Modules)
Confident personality with excellent presentation and people skills
The candidate must be strong in English writing skills and be “well spoken”
Own transport

Responsibilities:
Employee intake documentation management & accurate system capturing
Employee termination documents / pack
Assisting in the recruitment process
New Employees
Preparation of new employee induction packs
Induction sessions with all new employees
Collation of all new employees’ intake documents
Capturing new employees onto Prem HR system, including uploading relevant documents, ie, ID, contracts, provident docs, MA docs etc
Ensuring payroll receives relevant intake document timeously
Creating new employee files
Terminated Employees
Sending out termination packs to existing employees
Issuing mandatory termination documents/forms
Capturing termination information on Prem HR system
Ensuring payroll receive relevant termination documentation timeously
Closing off employee files
Recruitment
Obtaining relevant recruitment documentation prior to advertisement, i.e. Pre-Authorisation, Job Profile
Placing advertisements onto recruitment platform, i.e. Neptune
Screening CV’s
Setting up interviews, incl liaising with recruitment agencies and candidates
Arranging interview packs
General
Collation and recoding if IDP documents, Performance appraisals and any other documents
Typing ad-hoc documents, offer letter, letter of appointment, job profiles, letters, disciplinary enquiry notes, study assistance agreements ect.
Ordering stationary
Liaising with finance regarding invoice payments, bursary payments ect.
Collation of new suppliers / service provider documents
Arranging of disciplinary enquiries, i.e. meeting arrangement, venues ect.
Monthly reports generation and analysis
Uploading policies/forms ect. to EDMS
Filing and employee file maintenance
Accurate record keeping
Assisting the HR Managers
Establishes and maintains a relationship with payroll & thereby ensuring the effective management of information on VIP
Payroll receive all employee related documents timeously
Employee documents and other information is filed and updates timeously

Additional information:
Salary is R190 000CTC, benefits include 50% medical aid contribution up to the amount of R1350 per month and a 9% company contribution towards provident fund
Must have clear CRIM record
Candidate will undergo competency tests as well as a polygraph
