Recruitment Administration:
• Preparing and advertising of vacancies both internally and on the careers portal
• Scheduling of interviews with candidates
• Printing of CV’s
• First line screening that candidates and ensuring that they meet the minimum criteria
• Ensuring that shortlisted candidates have completed the ITC, Criminal, reference and PPA.
• Processing of ITC, Criminal, Reference checks and Personality checks on new applicants
• Liaising with clients regarding candidates
• Declining of all unsuccessful candidates

General Administration:
• General administrative duties eg. answering the company telephones, Scanning, attaching and filing of documents, and any other admin duties as requested by Management
• General HR administration ie. Issuing of letters of employment, policies and procedures, ect.
• Processing of invoices received from suppliers on a daily basis
