A financial company in Sandton seeks the services of energetic, driven individual to join their dynamic HR Department as an Assistant HR Administrator.

The successful candidate will be required to have the following skills:-
? Metric and an HR qualification.
? At least 10+ corporate HR Admin experience.
? Ability to work and deliver under pressure.
? Strong staff management skills.

The employee will be responsible for the following tasks:-
? Updating staff register daily.
? Recruiting staff when need be.
? Resolving all staff issues.
? Attending legal matters (CCMA, Disciplinary hearing).
? Responsible for staff files checklist.
? Update & distribution of staff contracts.
? Verification of Previous Employment.
? Verification of next of Kin.
? Who and when to issue warnings.
