Position Overview:

The position of a HR Administrator has become available at our client's Head Office, Bruma.
This position reports directly to the CFO. The HR Administrator is the first point of contact for all HR related queries.

Summary of Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties

? Knowledge of internal computer system, Impress and the application thereof.
? Knowledge of MS Word and the application thereof.
? Excel knowledge and the application thereof
? General filing of documents and records
? Update and indexing of formal BBBEE file
? Follow-up on expired documentation
? Assist with completion of supplier information questionnaires
? Assist with recording of all new appointments per branch per region – EE
? Assist with recording of all discharges per branch per region – EE
? Assist in any other areas as required by the Training and/ or General Manger
? Update Supplier BBBEE certificate records for Europcar suppliers
? Make reservations for all SR complimentary rentals
? Draft terms and conditions letters for SR complementary rentals
? Submit SR complimentary letter for authorization and signature to General Manager
? Complete and fax SR complementary vouchers to rental branch and renter
? Keep records of all SR complimentary rentals

HR Duties
? Booking of psychometric assessments
? Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment
? Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
? Assist in the recruitment process
? Liaise with recruitment agencies
? Set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence
? Provide sound IR advice
? Record all documents send to Payroll.
? Filing of all HR documents
? Accepting and Filing of all CV’s received.

Minimum Requirements:
? HR degree/qualification
? A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an HR Admin field
? IR knowledge
? A code 08 unendorsed drivers’ license.
? Computer literate.
