HR ADMINISTRATOR (5 MONTH CONTRACT – MATERNITY COVER)
Salary: R10 000 – R12 000
Area: Bellville-South
Working Hours: 9am – 2pm (Monday – Friday)
Duties:
• Check attendance register and verify against leave form
• Capture leave and provide information to payroll provider
• Conduct leave audits
• Ensure Company Policies is adhere to
• Weekly Reporting on HR matters to HR Consultant
• Drafting increase and incentive letters
• Tracking eligible staff
• Communicating to company and payroll
• Drafting certificates
• Compile hours worked report for sales and non-sales employees
• General administration, staff interaction and reporting
• Signing on new employees
• Conduct exit interview
• Complete withdrawal documentation and inform relevant stakeholders (e.g. medical aid, payroll, provident fund etc.)
• UIF forms
• Certificates of service
• Written references
• Arrange travelling for Regional HR Manager when requested to do so
• Support Plant Manager /Financial Director & CEO with daily meetings / staff matters
• Keep EE spreadsheet updated re terminations, promotions and disciplinary action taken
• Keep records of all completed training, training costs and certificates and track that planned training is completed
Requirements:
• Matric / grade 12 and a relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources
• Minimum 3 years HR administration experience including but not limited to experience in recruitment and selection, performance management,employee wellbeing, induction programmes, staff development, performance appraisals, training, conflict resolution, organisational change and legislative reporting
• Basic understanding of South African labour legislation
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint & SAP experience will be highly recommended
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans
