A renowned company is lookng for an HR Administrator to join their team based in Johannesburg.

Job Specifications/Requirements:
Minimum Job Requirements:
? Matric
? Relevant Diploma/ Tertiary Qualification in HR
? 3 – 5 years’ practical experience in Payroll & HR Administration role
? Knowledge/Experience of payroll (Educos adv.)
? Knowledge/ Experience in HR administration, payroll administration
Main Responsibilities:
? Leave management and administration (Capturing and corrections), ensuring leave forms submitted are audited and balances checked against the system.
? Ensure maternity leave documentation is correctly completed, and rostered on PRP (start and end of maternity process).
? Effectively manage personnel files of dismissed employees
? Ensure strict adherence to all HR policies and procedures
? Assist with the recruitment process of staff and ensure that all relevant paperwork is timeously submitted to payroll
? Manage termination process efficiently, i.e. paperwork to be completed, sign off on final balances to be paid out, etc.
? Manage staff transfers between sites and contracts efficiently and timeously.
? Assist contract manager and the project manager to sign off payroll.
? Manage the time and attendance system ensuring all staff actions, be it on boarding, terminations, transfers are actioned timeously.
? Process adhocs for corrections to a pay run that is to be submitted in an interim run, following rules of an interim run.
? Manage site rules with regard to overtime, allowances, etc.
? Ensure all termination processes are adhered to and relevant paperwork is timeously submitted to Payroll.
? Maintain a good relationship with Educos team
? Understand business requirements and rules to roster and manage staff wages / salaries correctly
? Understand staff CTC to manage queries and actions required for any possible corrections
? Adhere to all reasonable instructions
? Create and maintain good filing system and maintenance of records
