HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATOR
AT THE OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE DEPARTMENT


MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To provide an administrative service to the Operational Excellence section in terms of skills development and staffing
JOB OBJECTIVES
? Perform training administration functions which include the processing of training requests and the recording and compilation of monthly training administration information
? Liaise with merSETA and other training providers to ensure updated information on grants and training related matters
? Administrate the Apprenticeship, Learnership and Internship programmes
? Administrate the Study Assistance Programme as per the Study Assistance Procedure
? Assist with the co-ordination of the Recruitment function which includes on-boarding and terminations
? General HR Office Administration which entails input into monthly reports, employee statistics, structures and capturing of information on the Information system
? Ensure compliance to Company policies and procedures

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
? Grade 12 (Matric)
? A National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in an HR Related field will be an added advantage
? 1 to 3 Years’ experience in Human Resources, having been exposed to Recruitment and Skills Development administration functions
? Computer literacy (MS Office suite)
? Driver’s License
