Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide day to day support to HR team
• Ensure all new employee information is gathered and submitted to Payroll Administrator
• Monitoring of probation periods and fixed term contracts
• Maintenance and upkeep of Time and Attendance system, as well as fielding any related queries
• Gathering monthly timesheet data for payroll administration
• Monitor & administer employee leave applications via the ESS System
• Personnel file maintenance. Ensure physical and electronic files are maintained
• Completion of Labour documentation when required, as well as Injury-on-Duty claims
• Assisting with additional ad hoc projects and initiatives when required
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation is adhered to
Minimum Requirements
• Min Grade 12
• Tertiary qualification in HR Field
• Computer Literate (MS Office suite)
• Attention to detail and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and adhere to tough deadlines
Salary structure:
• Basic monthly salary
