A Joburg based company is looking for a HR Administrator with 3 years in HR Administration.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • To produce written employment offers and particulars of employment,
  • To obtain verbal references on prospective recruits from previous employers
  • Create & maintain employees files
  • To maintain up to date files for employees and leavers, ensuring that filing is completed in a timely and accurately
  • To ensure the accurate input of employee data in the Human Resources system.
  • To process action documentation for terminating employees, completing Human Resources procedures (extracting file, reference response form) and liasing with Payroll section.
  • To maintain an accurate record of starters, leavers and transfers
  • Assist in developing HR Policies & Procedures
  • Assist with other HR Functions: Recruitment, Training etc.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

-       3 years experience in HR Admin

-       Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline

-       Strong knowledge in HR policies and procedures

-       Good understanding of HR best practices and current regulations

-       Ms Office knowledge

-       Must be prepared to travel
