Our client in the FMCG industry has a vacancy for an Human Resource Administrator/HR Administrator for their Bellville, Cape Town Branch
You will report to the HR Manager in Pretoria regarding all .HR issues at the Cape Town Branch.
• Processing, checking and correcting time sheets of various departments on timekeeping system
• Leave processing - ensure leave applications are completed and signed off
• Handle paperwork for IOD incidents
• Ensure personnel files are correct and up to date
• Capturing fingerprints of employees for enrolment on time sheet system for timekeeping and access to plant
• Ensure timekeeping and access control system is functional at all times
• Handle HR and payroll queries from all employees in at Cape Town branch
• Ensure wellbeing of all employees
• Liaise daily with HR Manager based in Pretoria
• Constantly liaise with staff on bakery floor in order to monitor staff morale
• Monitor uniform levels and efficiency of uniforms company - Liaise with uniforms company constantly

Minimum educational requirements to support proven competencies:
• National Diploma in Human Resources an advantage
• 2 years’ experience in similar position
• Experience in SAGE VIP Premier advantageous
