Minimum Duties:

· Recruitment & Selection (telephonic interviews. set up interviews, ITC’s, references, etc.)

· Skills Development Administration (update training spreadsheets, assist in collating training forms, etc.)

· Assisting with payroll administration (create new employee pack, etc.)

· Co-ordinate and plan the Induction program (invite delegates and finalise program with facilitators)

· Assist in planning HR events

· General HR administration

· ****@*****.*** (while Receptionist is on lunch/tea/on leave)

Qualifications:

HR Degree or Diploma essential
