HR Administrator

A medical company is looking for an HR Administrator to join their small HR team on a permanent basis.
We are looking for someone who has a qualification and wishes to gain exposure to a broad range of HR areas, including willingness to learn HR and payroll systems. You will bring your skills, enthusiasm and willingness to learn to the role, we offer exposure to a fast-paced and busy HR environment where you will be given the opportunity to develop your skills. Areas you will get involved in include HR administration, recruitment and selection, leave, time and attendance and payroll administration, as well as any other ad hoc HR projects as required.

Qualification:
• 3 year diploma in HR Management
• Minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative/HR support role
Skills:
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Good numerical skills
• Good written and verbal communication
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Must be able to work independently and take initiative
• Energetic and committed
• Basic understanding of Labour Relations, BCEA
