HR Administrator - Bedfordview

This position is responsible for providing human resources shared services in general and in particular the establishment, review and continuous improvement of the Human Resources Information Systems, Service Delivery and Measurement Systems in support of the Integrated Human Resources Strategy.



We looking for someone with excellent MS Office Advance Skills who can assist the Manager with HR Reports so you need to be advanced on Ms Office including Excel. You must be organized



Duties & Responsibilities
Update,maintain and audit the HRIS database;
Provide services as identified in the HR service offerings/service level agreement value chain;
Provide administrative and logistical support to the Business Unit in the delivery of HR service offerings;
Review and update HR forms and templates in line with document control and organisational branding standards;
Prepare general HR metrics and statistical and interpretive reports;
Conduct recruitment verification screening assessments;
Coordinate HR meetings and Functions;
Provide administrative support in relation to HR projects

Desired Experience & Qualification


NQF level 6 Diploma in Human Resources/ Social Science or related fields with Human Resources as a major;
Three years working experience with two years in HR administration;
Proficiency in Microsoft office suite;
Verbal and written communication skills, including report writing;
Understanding and application of Human Resources Best Practices and South African Labour Laws.
