We are looking for an Administration & HR Assistant for two Four Star Hotels in Sandton.Salary on offer is R12 – R14,000 per monthThe role in a nutshell:To give admin & HR assistance to the General Manager and make sure that working relationships with the Group HR is effective.Previous HR and Admin experience is absolutely essential preferably within the Hotel Industry.To apply for this job you need the following skills & experience:• In depth knowledge of HR and administrative processes (Essential) • In depth knowledge of payroll administration (Desirable) • Knowledge of IR processes and procedures (Desirable) • General knowledge of EE, Skills Development and OHS requirements (Essential) • Working knowledge of Payroll software (Desirable) • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook (Essential)• Proficiency in English (Essential)• Basic Financial acumen (Essential)• Good interpersonal skills• A team player• At least 5 years experience in admin with at least 3 years in HR• Payroll admin experience would be an advantage• Drivers license & own transport (Essential)To apply for this position Please e mail us your cv along with written references
