Our Client a leading organization in Training an implementation is seeking an HR and Finance manager to join their team.

Attributes:

Female Young Aged 24 to 35
Is determined, disciplined and dedicated
Excellent communication skills and well presentable and approachable
Must be someone that is always sweet, but when it comes to grievances and disciplinary she is fair and always wears the company badge at her heart
Qualifications, minimum Diploma in HR, Finance, Industrial Relations etc.
Experience 3 years or more in Recruitment, HR (Payroll), Finance (Invoicing, Quotations, Debtors accumulation and statement SARS VAT and EMP201)

HR functions

The company will be opening a Job portal, where all CV'S will be scrutinized online for the positions in ISO and SHEQ Respectively. She is to manage that portal with potential employees and employers.
Manage all day to day HR activities
Leave (Annual, Sick etc)
Contracts with Employees
Create and manage MOU'S and SLA'S with Service Providers
Record keep of employee files
Competency and Skills Matrix of employees
Recovery from ETA or SDL
Manage BBBEE Rating of Level 1
Manage Grievance and Disciplinary Issues
Time Management of all staff using Biometric and issuing warnings for poor time management
Ensuring all Staff uphold Code of Conduct and Ethics
Employee Handbook Training and awareness of all Staff
Payroll of all staff
Handling issues from psychological point of view (Once a month motivational exercises and games)
Team Building sessions at the office once a month, twice a year outside the office
Job Description reviewed and updated
Uphold all Policies and Procedures and edit when needed.
Performance Appraisals bi-annually
Training assistance (When required upon) this is to lecture through the company on basic HR acts and legislations

Finance Functions:

Administration of:
Issuing Invoices
Issuing Statements
Balance books and debt collection
Debtors reconciliation
Reports on monthly sales and invoices received against expenses
Currently no software being used, all done on Excel.
SARS Documents, EMP201 and VAT201 submission
Books in order for accountants to conduct financials
Management of finances monthly that stipulates the risks:

Staff Salaries
Overheard Expenses excluding salaries
Rental
Against income

Our client is looking for someone to grow with, they do need to be senior, someone whose graduated with a little bit of experience in both fields to take this position up.
