Our Oude Westhof office in Bellville needs an organised and vibrant individual to be ZaPOP’s brand ambassador in all dealings with internal and external clients. This position forms part of the People Team, who are entrusted with ZaPOP’s biggest assets - it’s employees and offices! We support and help teams do their best work on a daily basis.

If you are a recent graduate eager to start a career in Human Resources or Office Administration, then we want to hear from you.

Deliverables/results:

• Being the first point of contact to our internal and external customers (i.e. reception, switchboard, facilitating communication)
• Ensuring that our People have what they need to do their best work (i.e. stationery, grocery management, practical meeting spaces, etc.)
• Taking care of your fort (i.e. facilities management)
• Making sure your people have a healthy and safe working environment (i.e. SHE Representative)
• Staying on the straight and narrow (i.e. budget management, expense approval and control)
• Support to the People (HR) team (i.e. recruitment, induction, leave administration, etc.)
• Corporate culture ambassador (i.e. enable and facilitate energy, communication, an excellent customer experience, and creating inter-departmental links)

• 2 years’ reception/administration/customer service experience
