HR and Payroll Administrator
Must speak English and Afrikaans fluently, Non-smoker, must have own car.
Computer Literate on Microsoft Office.
Knowledge:
Pastel payroll, Basic conditions of employment South Africa, performance reviews, Clocking system an advantage
Skills:
Basic counselling, computer skills, Microsoft office, and time management skills.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and maintain personnel files of employees.
• Process all Human Resources documents such as new employee documents,
• Update existing employee information such as change in title, status, salary, department address etc.
• Calculate clocking in of employees weekly (hours worked).
• Monitor attendance.
• Capture and manage employee leave.
• Calculate annual bonuses.
• Attend to any payroll queries from employees.
• Provide assistance when conducting staff performance evaluations.
• Provide counselling and basic disciplinary actions to staff.
• Conduct orientation on all new employees.
At least 2 years’ experience in Pastel Payroll and in Human Resources
