An Investments business based in Midrand has an opening for a HR Assistant to join their team. Completed Matric as well as a Certificate/Diploma/Degree is advantageous, coupled with 2 years HR experience. Solid understanding and experience in VIP/HR Premier as well as own car and valid license is essential.
Key responsibilities include:
- Co-ordination and Administration of all employees (new, transfers, promotions,etc.)
- Drawing up of employment contracts, transfer & promotion letters
- Providing Cost To Company calculations to Managers, Regional Managers etc
- Creating of new employee files & ensuring files are audit compliant
- Manage the new joiner process for trainees from offer letter through to joining instructions
- Liaise with payroll on queries
- Co-ordination and Administration of Medical Aid
- Co-ordination and Administration of Pension, Funeral Fund, and Disability
- Remuneration
- Compilation of Commissions schedules and submission to payroll
- Ensuring MIBCO minimum wage is adhered to for relevant staff members
- Assist with annual wage / salary increase process and bonuses
