An Investments business based in Midrand has an opening for a HR Assistant to join their team. Completed Matric as well as a Certificate/Diploma/Degree is advantageous, coupled with 2 years HR experience. Solid understanding and experience in VIP/HR Premier as well as own car and valid license essential.

An Investments business based in Midrand has an opening for a HR Assistant to join their team. Completed Matric as well as a Certificate/Diploma/Degree is advantageous, coupled with 2 years HR experience. Solid understanding and experience in VIP/HR Premier as well as own car and valid license is essential. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Co-ordination and Administration of all employees (new, transfers, promotions,etc.)
  • Drawing up of employment contracts, transfer & promotion letters
  • Providing Cost To Company calculations to Managers, Regional Managers etc
  • Creating of new employee files & ensuring files are audit compliant
  • Manage the new joiner process for trainees from offer letter through to joining instructions
  • Liaise with payroll on queries
  • Co-ordination and Administration of Medical Aid
  • Co-ordination and Administration of Pension, Funeral Fund, and Disability
  • Remuneration
  • Compilation of Commissions schedules and submission to payroll 
  • Ensuring MIBCO minimum wage is adhered to for relevant staff members
  • Assist with annual wage / salary increase process and bonuses
