PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To provide general HR support to the Managing Director of JSK Consulting as well
as its clients. Diary management of the MD.

1. HUMAN RESOURCES – 90%
• Develop HR policies and procedures e.g Leave, perfomance management,
disciplinary codes, etc
• Map HR processes and develop supporting documentation/forms in line with
the policies and procedures
• Assist the Director to provide Human Resource Management solutions to the
various JSK clients
• Liase with the JSK CA regarding payroll, tax clearance & BEE certificates,
and submit monthly JSK accounting documents by the 10th of every month
and prepare client statements
• Liase with the Department of Labour(DoL) regarding COIDA/WCA, UIF
returns, etc
• Register JSK with proffesional bodies e.g APSO
• Training and development –skills audit, skills analysis and interventions to be
implemented.
• Ensure JSK vacancies are filled timeously in order for the business to operate
effectively and efficiently
• Manage all recruitment administration duties e.g. advertise roles on various
web portals and monitor closing dates, process MIE checks, reference
checks, regret letters, etc
• Conducting candidate research for executive roles on behalf of the MD
Conduct orientation/on-boarding for new staff
• Update the weekly vacancy updates and present during Monday team
meetings
• Update the MultIchoice spend report and submit by the 10th of every month
• Monitor monthly staff targets
2. OFFICE ADMINISTRATION – 5%
• Submit printer counter to Toshiba on the 25th of every month
• Log calls with Toshiba or IT consultant as and when a need arises
• Order stationary and refreshments as and when a need arises
• Receiving candidates and guests ensure that meeting rooms are booked as
required.
3. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT – 5%
Assist MD with private and public sector project applications ie research, completing
forms, preparting presentations,etc

REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 3 year HR Qualification
• No experience required
• Good knowledge of BCEA, LRA, SDA and all other related acts
• Ms Office package (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
• Excellent communication skills at all levels of the business
