Requirements:

Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) .
Relevant HR degree or diploma or studying toward a HR degree or diploma.

At least 3 years HR experience in a financial services institution

To provide Human Resource administration and personal assistant support to the Human Resource team.

Responsibilities:

Provide an administrative support function for the Human Resource processes.
Provides general transactional Human Resource administrative support.
Provide a personal assistant service to support the HR Consultant.
Process and administer financial related transactions for area of responsibility.
Develop effective relationships with stakeholders in area of responsibility.
Maintain a consistent service delivery to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
Support effective teamwork.
Engage with appropriate training interventions to promote own professional development.
Draw up vacancy advertisements and publish them on PeopleSoft.
Liaise with agencies to find suitable employees.
Screen CVs on behalf of managers.
Arrange interviews, psychometric tests and feedback sessions.
Do the administration needed to complete new appointments (new employee pack, reference checks, etc).
Process internal transfers and terminations.
Handle general employee enquiries.
Plan diaries, conferences, workshops, team buildings, group sessions, etc.
Compile and file memos, letters, minutes, reports, stats and presentations.
