VACANCY: HR BENEFITS ADMINISTRATOR
LOCATION: East Rand, Gauteng

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
1. Assist with various HR Benefits administration
2. Assist with benefits
3. Time & Attendance responsibilities
4. Dealing with up to 4 medical aids
5. GAP cover administration
6. Medical aid meetings with staff
7. Compile monthly Pension Fund remittances
8. Assist with Pension Fund enquiries
9. Assist with death, disability and funeral claims
10. Administration of pension fund withdrawal claims
11. Handle all workmans compensation administration
12. Reconciliations

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Grade 12
2. Five to 8 years experience as an HR Benefits Administrator
3. Computer literate
4. Knowledge of Baisc Conditions Of Employmnet Act, the Compensation for Occupational injury and Diseases Act, the Unemployment Insurance Act, Skills Development Act amd knowledge of the Income Tax act
5. Experience with VIP Payroll
6. Experience with medical aid and pension fund reconciliations
7. Excellent organisation skills
8. Exellent verbal and written skills

PACKAGE:
R20,000 to R35,000 (negotiable depending on experience and qualifications)
