The applicant must be bilingual, have exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and engage excellently on all levels and to build effective working relationships. A relevant tertiary qualification in HR Management, HR generalist experience, experience in working with Senior Managers and Trade Unions, knowledge of contemporary HR Management principles and a good understanding of labour law are prerequisites for this position.

The successful applicant’s duties and responsibilities include, among others: recruitment and selection • training and development • designing and implementing policies and strategies • personnel management • industrial relations • all other human resource and administrative tasks related to this position.
