Administer various HR Processes, Partner with business units to ensure the recruitment and selection of top talent, Ensure successful orientation of new employees, Ensure sound Labour Relations practices are applied, Responsible for staff development, Assist with Employment Equity and Skills Development matters, Compensation and benefits management, Ensure integrity of HR systems and documents, Project management (ad-hoc), Assessment Centre development, Assessment administration and feedback to line managers.
