Job Requirements:
Relevant HR Qualification
3 years’ experience in an HR capacity with comprehensive generalist experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication

To ensure the implementation of human resource policies, procedures and practices at an operational level and to provide guidance and support to managers in dealing with all aspects of human resources in accordance with such policies and procedures whilst also achieving operational goals and objectives.
Detailed Description:
Conduct effective Workforce Capacity Planning within allocated departments providing input to the senior HRBP for consolidation
Provide guidance and input for all people change initiatives within allocated areas to be consolidated on an Opco level by the senior HRBP.
Ensure that the legislative regulations; Company processes, policies and procedures to be followed during talent acquisition are adhered to within the allocated department well as carrying out the full recruitment function where required (regions).
Complete all required employee administration including exiting and awards nomination process to ensure optimally delivered.
Proactively monitor and assist with employee relations including statistics relating to departmental staff turnover, leave, sick leave, attendance etc. and advise management on appropriate actions where necessary ensuring that the legislative regulations; Company processes, policies and procedures are followed
Minute outcomes from IR processes
Assist and guide management with regard to performance management, talent management and succession planning ensuring optimised performance is achieved within departments.
Liaise with Learning & Development on issues/ concerns with regard to the need and delivery of learning solutions
Provide relevant input (analysis from Exit interviews; identification of critical roles; morale issues etc.)
Provide input and assist with employee on-boarding/orientation as required.
Promote and facilitate the use of the company’s wellness program
Actively assist managers with the implementation of transformation;
Maintain service, quality and desired outputs within a specific functional process through ensuring compliance to tactical policies, procedures and standards.
Develop work routines in line with operational plans / schedules in order to manage achievement of service delivery goals
