My client is a Multinational company who seeks to employ an HR Business Partner for their fast pace environment

Minimum Requirements:

Degree or Diploma ideally majoring in Human Resources Management
Proven experience and success in the HR in a medium to large size company, pharmaceutical or FMCG preferred.
Dynamic, Business orientated individual
Minimum 5Yrs HR generalist experience

Role

Recruitment for the different BU’s
EE Committee, EE targets, plan and annual reports
Use of PNET and LinkedIn
HR Generalist service, including IR issues, conflict resolution, implementation of various HR processes, pe4rformance management, advise to line managers and employees, etc
HR projects e.g. employee retention, exit interviews, grad recruitment pool, etc
