Facilitating the Human Resources processes to ensure that best talent are recruited, employees are functioning optimally in the organisation, relationships are managed, performance measured appropriately and talent are retained to enhance the overall performance of the Scheme.

Candidate Requirements
Degree in Human Resources Management
Post graduate degree in Human resources
5 years Human Resources experience
2-3 years HR consultation experience
