JHB – HR Business Partner Pref from a FMCG Ind – R 35- 40 000 CTC pm
Department: Human Resources
Report to: HR Executive
Duties

Partner with business leaders, key stakeholders and the HR team to implement HR strategic projects, provide HR operational excellence and support to business. Translate business requirements into effective HR practices across branches, delivering people solutions aligned to business objectives. Responsible for the recruitment, performance management, employee relations, employee wellness and Payroll.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Completed tertiary qualification in Human Resources

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
• 5-8 years’ experience in a FMCG HR environment
Knowledge of recruitment and selection, performance management ,
industrial relations and VIP payroll

REQUIREMENTS
• Valid driver’s license
• Prepared to travel monthly to nationally to branches
• Experience of HR systems, e.g. ACCSYS, VIP
• Knowledge of employment legislation is essential (Basic Conditions of Employment, Labour Relations, Skills
• Development, BBBEE, South African Qualifications Authority)

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Implement HR Projects
Ensure adherence to standard HR policy and practices across departments and
branches
Drive Employee Assistance and Employee Wellness programs
Assist with coordination of Corporate Social Investment (CSI) events Talent Acquisition and Retention
Train, coach and assess line manager’s competence in recruitment and selection practices
Ensure all new employees are properly inducted
Ensure that all new, transferred and promoted appointees are trained on the job and are assessed as competent
Responsible for employee documentation relating to changes on payroll. Performance Management

Employee Relations
Advise line management in all grievance, disciplinary and CCMA hearing matters Develop line managers competence in managing Employee Relations
Ensure effective working relationships with shop stewards and union officials
Budgets and HR Reporting
Capture require data on ACCSYS and HR Dashboard in required format
