A Company in expansion on the telecommunications sector is looking for HR Business Partner to integrate its team in Johannesburg.

This Employee will have the following responsibilities:

Participate and implement the Human Resources Management Models, defined by the HR Corporate Director. This employee will be the interlocutor at our companies in South Africa with the HR Business Partner in Portugal and HR Director.
He/she will implement the Grup models of: Recruitment and Selection, Compensation,Training, Development and Performance Management , as well as measurement and analysis Climate and Organizational Culture. He/she will be also the interlocutor with the payroll área, to assure that all the information is given to them.

Candidate’s Profile:

- Degree in HR management or Management;
- Minimum Experience: 2 to 3 years performing similar functions
- Experience in Human Capital Consulting at South Africa will be valued
- Skills in Models and Human Capital Management Policies
- Skills in Organizational Models Design;
- Skills in HR reporting
- Skills in Payroll and Labour Law
