A Mine based in the Northern Cape is looking to employ a HR Business Partner.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree and related work experience with proven knowledge of Labour Law, Industrial Relations and HR management
• 2 - 3 years’ of relevant mining experience
• Computer Literacy
• Knowledge of key HR functions such as Recruitment, HR Administration, Training and Development and HRIS and Compensation management knowledge
• Strong administrative skills
• Leadership skills
