My client is seeking a HR Business Partner for the Human Resources Division located in Woodmead, Sandton.

Duties Include:

• Advise line management and acts as a consultant in organizational effectiveness
• Advise and enable change capability within organisation
• Assist Line Managers in solving organization, people and change related issues
• Contributes to management teams’ strategic decision making
• Fosters internal and external customer focus thinking
• Strategically manages workforce / leadership development
• Continuously create and delivers effective & efficient HR processes and services tailored to business needs
• Applies information technology to rapidly deliver quality products and services
• Assists line manager to lead and facilitate change
• Ensure fair, ethical and equitable people processes and practices
• Helps build workforce commitment
• Enhances Management development for succession plan
• Develops strategies and helps implement actions that enhance human capital contribution
• Acts as SDF
• Manages and maintain conducive employee relations in terms of policies, procedures and practices;
• Provide IR advice to managers and employees
• Develop and implement engagement plan and monitor engagement index
• Project manage various global and local HR projects.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent
• A minimum of 3-6 years relevant working experience is required.
• Thorough knowledge of theories and practices, policies and techniques, typically applied to one or more function disciplines, such as benefits, compensation, staffing, organisational development, employee relations and operations.
• Ability to work without continual direction, vision and strategy, business acumen and commercial sense.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including directors level
• Proven track record
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
