The role is based in Durban, however it has a national footprint and responsibility
Requirements:
5+ years proven generalist HR management experience (Talent resourcing | Learning and Development |ER | IR Management experience including CCMA representation and union liaison | Employee welfare | Benefits and Remuneration management | HR Policy and Procedure | Performance and Succession Management)
Ability to work at an operational level and lead at a strategic level
Fundamental knowledge of all Labour Legislation
Working at a national level is desirable
Proven business processing skills | business partnering skills are essential
Experience in a FMCG environment is essential (including retail)
Be in possession of an unendorsed South African Code 08| EB Drivers licence
Be in possession of a recognised tertiary qualification (HR Degree | National Diploma)
