HR Consultant – Banking – Cape Town

Responsible for the General HR functions covering a variety of issues. The HR consultant plays an advisory role to staff and undertakes specific projects associated with HR.

Salary: Market Related CTC (Medical Aid and Pension)

Minimum requirements:
• Matric, with a HR Qualification
• 2-5 years’ experience in a same role
• Computer Literate
• Liaison with Department of labour / Workman’s compensation / CCMA
• Responsible for the Full General HR functions
• Performance appraisals,
• Recruitment,
• Employee support programs
• Human Resources reporting on Broad Based Black Economic Employment and Sustainability reporting.
• Liaise with Finance Department to ensure timeous payment to suppliers.
• Ensure all leave records are up to date.
• Prepare and provide statistical information and reports, e.g. Headcount, employment equity, sustainability reports etc
• Analyse data, monitor and report trends, e.g. Labour turnover, absenteeism etc.
• Arrange management and conferences.
• Arrange team building.
• Arrange end of year awards.
• Arrange the logistics relating to events.
