Candidate with formal HR qualification and minimum 3-5 years’ HR Generalist experience, required to assist and support the Group HR Manager.

Requirements:
• HR Degree required
• 3-5 years HR experience essential
• Excellent working knowledge of BCEA, LRA and EEA required
• Strong understanding of HR legislation and requirements and the ability to apply such, required
• Recruitment knowledge and experience with strong interviewing skills required – competency based interviewing skills
• Exposure to HR/Payroll systems
• Conflict management and resolution skills
• Labour relations practical exposure required

Responsibilities:
• Assist and support Group HR Manager – revising generalist HR services and advice to the Group
• Ensure quality transactional HR practices
• Coordinate HR projects for business
• Liaising and consulting with business stakeholders
• Compliance to policies and procedures
• Provide advice re systems, best practice, tools and processes
• Recruitment coordination, loading vacancies on website, shortlisting and setting up interviews
• Prepare documentation for sign offs
• Performance management coordination
• Drafting documented discussions
• Administration
